Returns & Refunds

Unopened products
Return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email operations@dsio.io with your order id for return instructions; return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Opened products
Because supplements are consumable, opened products cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged, leaking or past its best-by date, send a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days of approval.
